When is a high heart rate concerning?
Hello! I’m a F21 and about 106lbs. For background I don’t workout or walk a lot so i’m sure that plays into it. When i’m sitting around my resting rate is just right, 70s-80s bpm. The minute I walk to the bathroom or even anywhere that requires me to walk around my heart rate goes up to 145-155 bpm, but if I stop walking and stand it can go back down to 95-99 bpm. The only symptoms I’ll get during the 145-155 bpm is during walking, occasionally my back will hurt right where the heart is.. but on the back (sorry I don’t know what it’s called right there). The only thing I know for certain is that during intense walking like uphill my heart rate has reached 181 which makes me think that the bpm/not being active are connected. I also do know that during monitor for 2 weeks I had 58 SVE beats. (I never heard back from my doctor about this, just thought to add it in) Overall, I know that if you are walking and talking fine then it shouldn’t be a big concern. I’m just wondering from other doctors out there if this seems like a normal heart that just isn’t used to being active or if it’s concerning and I should look more into it. I'm building out my home lab right now and I have a patch panel that all of the cat6 will go into using keystones. I have plenty of spare spots. I have two fiber internet connections coming into the house that ultimately land into an ONT box in the rack as well as another fiber cable that goes to another part of the house for another switch. Should I land these fiber's into a keystone coupler jack (image attached) and then I'll go from device (such as internet provider ONT) into the patch panel coupler jack using a 1m fiber cable? Any cons of doing it this way?Need $100 now for food and rent. Willing to share content DM
